    Constitutes an enforceable title for the collection of condominium debts itemized in the minutes, allowing seizure of salaries or bank accounts without prior declaratory proceedings (Article 6 of Decree-Law no. 268/94 + Article 703, no. 1, letter a) of the Civil Procedure Code)

    Requirements

    • INDIVIDUALIZED itemization of each outstanding installment (month/year, exact amount, and due date)
    • Full name, NIF, and identification of the debtor condominium unit
    • Express mention of the approval of the accounts for the fiscal year to which the debts pertain
    • Signatures of the president, secretary, and attending condominium owners (or record of refusal to sign)
    • Possibility of qualified digital signature (Law no. 8/2022)
