    For due purposes, and in accordance with article 1437 of the Civil Code, as amended by Law no. 8/2022, of January 10, it is declared that the condominium owner [Full name of the condominium], owner of the autonomous fraction [Full identification of the fraction], with NIF [NIF of the condominium]:
