- • Right to in-person participation: The administrator must always provide a physical location for in-person participation, unless the assembly unanimously decides otherwise.
- • Alternative access: If a condominium owner lacks the technical means for remote participation, the administrator must provide alternative access (e.g., a computer station in the building) or allow the appointment of a proxy.
- • Prior identification: Condominium owners wishing to participate remotely must notify the administrator in advance and provide means of identification (e.g., NIF plus a photo of the ID card).
- • Recording: The remote assembly must be fully recorded, and the recording archived for 10 years as an integral part of the minutes.
