Duties & Obligations
- Condominium owners must provide their NIF, full address, and email address in writing to the administrator. If no electronic address is provided, the address recorded in the land registry shall be considered valid.
- The administrator (or, if absent, the president of the condominium assembly) must issue, within a maximum of 10 calendar days, a statement confirming the absence of debts or, if present, a detailed breakdown of the amount owed (month/year, amount, and due date of each installment) and mention any ongoing judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.
